  Very Disappointed, i confirmed my order twice and yet still got the wrong thing. Staff was extremely rude and slow not a great service. When i asked for my right thing they told me i was wrong. I've been a customer for 4 years very disappointed and wont be going back.

  Bit of a hit and miss with this place. good most of the time but had an experience where it took an hour for something to come out. high worker turnover rate

  Slow service, cold food ~ no ambience whatsoever. At least a 20 minute wait on a Sunday afternoon. Give it a miss!

  Every time i come here the tables are never cleared, staff are extremely slow and theres a 20-40minute wait on deserts. Even when the cafe is half empty. You have to come and request for your table to be cleared and it seems nobody has the ability to multitask. Strongly advise new management.
