    I complained about a staff member who acted horribly and the owner responded not interested, couldn't be bothered by it, and even annoyed that I took the time to give him honest feedback. He said competitors were collecting information about their business and appeared he didn't want to entertain anymore problems. Miki has 4 branches in Australia. I don't recommend you go to any of them as they are all owned by that same person.

    Very Disappointed, i confirmed my order twice and yet still got the wrong thing. Staff was extremely rude and slow not a great service. When i asked for my right thing they told me i was wrong. I've been a customer for 4 years very disappointed and wont be going back.
